FLEXIBLE PROCESSING OPTIONS: Processing is straightforward and efficient:
Melt the immersion coating, provided in block form, in a container with indirect heating and a thermostat. Use 5-8 kg blocks cut into pieces and melt them at moderate temperatures (140-160°C).
Briefly heat the liquefied coating to the maximum temperature (165°C) while stirring continuously.
Immerse parts attached to a wire or suspension for approximately 2-3 seconds in the LCT immersion coating. Parts with substantial immersion depth are best coated in 2-3 dipping steps, with the overlaps perfectly bonding through the brief melting of the lower layer.
