The LCT cleaning System type W 80 contains the following components in the specified Basic Version:

→ machine body, internal pipe systems and wash basket in stainless steel
→ electronically controlled basket drive

→ weekly timer function for heating/oil skimmer

→ completely made of stainless steel

Stck

Unlike our industrial versions, the LCT cleaning system type WE 80 cannot be individually assembled or adapted to customer-specific equipment standards (e.g. sensors). Downstream process steps such as rinsing, drying etc. are also not possible.

This means that the individual machine sizes in this series can be manufactured cost-effectively in small series. In terms of quality and service life, there are no differences to the industrial version. All systems in this series can be operated both in the hot/aqueous range (W) and, in a special version, also with cold cleaning agents or solvents (K) or with indirect bath heating for the use of a mixture of 20% hydrocarbon and 80% water.
