The LCT cleaning system, model WE 60, with a basket diameter of 600 mm, can be operated in both the warm/water-based (W) and, in a special configuration, with cold cleaners or solvents (K), or with indirect bath heating for the use of a mixture consisting of 20% hydrocarbons and 80% water.
The LCT cleaning systems of the WE series cannot be individually configured or adapted to customer-specific operating standards (e.g., sensors), as is possible with our industrial versions. Subsequent process steps such as rinsing, drying, etc., are also not possible.
Basic Configuration:
The defined basic configuration includes:
• Machine body, internal pipe systems, and washing basket in stainless steel
• Electronically controlled basket drive
• Water shortage protection/level control
• Removable filter plate
• Weekly timer function for heating/oil skimmer
Additional Equipment:
In addition, the basic configuration can be supplemented with the following equipment:
• Automatic fill level replenishment
• Steam extraction
• Oil skimmer
• Drainage device/floor flushing/drain valve
• Transport system for a retractable washing basket
• AM version: automatic and manual cleaning within the closed system (optional high pressure).
As a result, the individual machine sizes in this series can be cost-effectively manufactured in small series and typically delivered from stock. There are no differences in terms of quality and lifespan compared to the industrial version.
